#Comfyshoechronicles

I have been so busy this month. Between my high school reunion, law school reunion, law firm retreat, and board meeting, I have been on the go. When I am busy, I love to be fashionable but comfort is also a priority. I often run from one activity to the next and have to think about getting through an entire day so the #Comfyshoechronicles are my honest reviews of my favorite comfortable shoe options.

***Disclosure: I have been gifted some of the shoes I will review however, I will always provide an honest review and I never work with brands that I don’t love or have a personal interest in.**

Naturalizer I love Naturalizer shoes and fell in love with the chic pair of patent oxfords pictured below. I bought them when my new pair of flats hurt my feet after walking through the airport. I am now wearing this extremely comfortable pair of oxfords everywhere. I wasn’t gifted a pair of shoes from Naturalizer but I do love them! I am considering buying a navy pair as well.

Cole Haan- Cole Haan has been my standard go to brand for comfy shoes for years. I started wearing Cole Haan during their famous collaboration with Nike. Their NEW Zerogrand line features comfortable shoes for work or play. While I still love Cole Haan, I have found other brands that provide a similar comfort level and style.

Vionic I have seen Vionic shoes in Dillard’s and on the Nordstrom website but I never purchased a pair. Several months ago, one of my law school classmates talked about the brand and I started to look at their shoes more seriously. Recently, I received a pair of the cutest booties from Vionic and I fell in love. Their shoes provide adequate support and look great with work outfits. I wore them to a reception where I was on my feet for a few hours and my feet didn’t hurt at all. I am definitely pleased with their comfort level thus far and wear them often. I love the booties so much that I will purchase a pair of Vionic shoes in the future.

Tieks- The famous flats that have a cult like following deserve their own post, so I will make sure to do a detailed review that includes how I feel about them. I definitely love the pretty pink color but it did take some time for them to mold to my feet. However, I can’t complete a post on comfy shoes without them because so many people love them.

White Mountain Shoes- In college, I briefly worked for Express, and I loved working there because of the discount. I remember wanting to find some shoes that worked well with my work outfits but also provided comfort while standing during long shifts. I ended up buying a pair of wedge sandals by White Mountain Shoes. I loved the thick comfy sole and how they looked with my work outfits. I was sent three pair of shoes from White Mountain boots/booties. I love that they are an affordable brand, that makes shoes for various climates/weather changes. They are definitely comfortable and cute too!

Here are links to some of the shoes by brands I discussed above:

  1. So my favorites so far for heels have been Sam Edelman. I like heels but I do not believe in being uncomfortable so that’s why I rock with them. Their flats are comfortable too.

I like Franco Sarto – they’ve done me well. My foot is too big (10 in women’s) to try random brands or non-brands I find in stores.

    1. I completely agree with you on Sam Edelman. They are my FAVORITE black pump. I also have had great success with Franco Sarto but I’m sold on Sam Edelman right now.
