Style Essentials- Statement Jewelry

My next style essential, is statement jewelry. I love jewelry and believe that the right piece can transform any outfit. Jewelry also provides an easy way to stay on trend, if you don’t want to buy a new wardrobe. Statement jewelry can be a simple pearl necklace or an elaborate pair of earrings.  The key to statement jewelry is balance. Less, in my opinion, is always more. If you wear a chunky necklace, then try a dainty earring. If you wear a statement pair of earrings, opt for no necklace or a delicate necklace. Jewelry can definitely be an investment but in our world of high low fashion, you can find jewelry at a variety of price points.  When buying jewelry that is more inexpensive its critical that you pay attention to metals and watch to see if the piece is fading or tarnishing.  Some of my favorite stores for accessories are Kendra Scott, Jcrew/Jcrew factory, BaubleBar and Kate Spade.
